    The study explored natural materials for scalp care and prevention of hair damage and alopecia, focusing on shiitake mushroom, buckwheat, soybean, cypress, and seaweed fulvescens. These materials were analyzed for their general ingredients, cell viability, safety, antioxidative, and antibacterial properties. Shiitake mushroom and buckwheat showed superior antioxidative activities, while cypress exhibited good antimicrobial activities against S. aureus and S. epidermidis. Safety evaluations showed no adverse reactions, and usability tests received positive feedback. The study concluded that these natural materials could be effectively used in cosmetics due to their high safety, usability, and efficiency.
