Effects of Cheonggukjang Diet on the Eyebrows of Middle-Aged Women in Their 40s and 60s

    This study investigated the effects of a Cheonggukjang diet on the eyebrows of middle-aged women in their 40s and 60s. Participants were divided into 10 test groups and 10 control groups, with the test group consuming 50g of Cheonggukjang daily for 3 months. Measurements taken before and after the diet showed significant improvements in the test group: eyebrow length increased by 9.13%, thickness by 41.97%, and damage decreased by 42.82%. However, the number of eyebrows did not change. Overall, the Cheonggukjang diet positively impacted eyebrow development and growth in the test group.
