A 31-year-old male developed basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on his scalp after using a microneedling device daily for three months to treat androgenetic alopecia. Despite lacking traditional BCC risk factors, the lesion appeared at the site of microneedling-induced microtrauma. This case is the first to report BCC linked to microneedling for hair loss, highlighting the need for further research on the long-term safety of such devices.
