This case report describes a 31-year-old male who developed basal cell carcinoma (BCC) at the site of repeated microneedling used for treating androgenetic alopecia. The patient, who had no classical risk factors for BCC, used a microneedling device daily for three months before noticing a progressively enlarging lesion on his scalp. Histopathological examination confirmed nodular BCC, and total excision was performed. This is the first reported case linking BCC to microneedling for alopecia, highlighting the need for further studies to assess the long-term safety of microneedling devices.
