The treatment involved monthly sessions, ranging from 3 to 14 per patient. Results showed that 48.39% of patients experienced slight improvement, while 46.77% had significant improvement. A high satisfaction rate of 96.77% was reported, with those undergoing more than six sessions being particularly satisfied. The study concluded that this combined approach was an effective and safe treatment option for androgenetic alopecia.
