TLDR Herbal formula shows promise for hair loss treatment.
The study reports positive outcomes from a two-subject case series testing a cyclodextrin stabilized, botanically-based, oral and topical concomitant formulation for androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The formula includes y-linolenic acid, ß-Sitosterol, epigallocatechin gallate, and genistein, which are sequestered in ß-cyclodextrin to maintain their therapeutic potential. The study demonstrates the potential efficacy of the botanically-based formulation for AGA.
