Preclinical studies and early human trials suggest benefits like improved skin texture, faster wound healing, and hair growth stimulation, particularly when combined with procedures like microneedling and lasers. However, challenges such as product consistency, regulatory uncertainties, and the need for standardized protocols and larger controlled trials remain. While exosomes have potential as adjunctive treatments, more research is needed to confirm their efficacy and safety before they can be routinely integrated into clinical practice.
