Three-Dimensional Assessment of Ultrasound Features in Women With Clomiphene Citrate-Resistant Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome: Ovarian Stromal Volume Does Not Correlate With Biochemical Indices

The study investigated the relationship between ultrasound features and biochemical indices in women with clomiphene citrate-resistant polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It found that total ovarian volume, pre-antral follicle number, and total follicular volume were associated with some biochemical indices of PCOS. However, there was no observed association between ovarian stromal volume and these biochemical indices.
