Within the first week, he developed diarrhea, worsening fatigue, hair loss, and tingling sensations. Despite these symptoms, he continued the regimen for another week, resulting in complete baldness and nail color changes. After discontinuing the vitamins, he began to recover, with early hair regrowth observed two weeks later.
