natural aging process driven by genetic and biological factors

Intrinsic aging, also known as chronological aging, refers to the natural and inevitable process of aging that occurs over time due to genetic and biological factors. This type of aging affects all organs, including the skin and hair, leading to changes such as thinning hair, reduced skin elasticity, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Unlike extrinsic aging, which is influenced by external factors like sun exposure and pollution, intrinsic aging is driven by the body's internal biological clock.
