Co-culture, also known as coculture or co culture, refers to the practice of growing two or more different types of cells together in the same environment. This technique is used to study interactions between different cell types, such as how hair follicle cells interact with skin cells, which can provide insights into biological processes and disease mechanisms, including conditions like alopecia.
