The Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure the severity of an individual's anxiety. It consists of 21 items, each describing a common symptom of anxiety, and respondents rate how much they have been bothered by each symptom over the past week on a scale from 0 to 3. This tool is widely used in both clinical and research settings to assess anxiety levels and monitor changes over time.
