    The study evaluated the ZMY-1 hair transplantation system's efficacy and safety in treating androgenetic alopecia in 40 patients. The system significantly reduced the time to make 100 holes in the recipient area to 2.22 minutes compared to 11.33 minutes with manual punching. There were no significant differences in postoperative complications between the two methods. The survival rate of transplanted tissue was similar for both methods, with 95.00% for ZMY-1 and 94.83% for manual punch. The ZMY-1 system was found to increase the efficiency of hair transplant surgery while maintaining safety and reliability.
