After a 2-month supplementation of 1000 UI of Vitamin D3 daily, their levels rose to 38.71 ± 4.38 ng/ml, leading to enhanced physical and mental health. The research advocates for regular monitoring of Vitamin D3 to avert metabolic disorders.
