The case report detailed a 21-year-old Saudi female with unilateral nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola (NHNA), a rare benign condition. Diagnosis was confirmed through clinical and histopathological evaluation, excluding other conditions. Treatment with calcipotriol cream for 6 months led to a 50% reduction in skin thickening and resolved itching. This was the first reported case of unilateral NHNA in a Saudi female, underscoring the condition's rarity and the effectiveness of calcipotriol as a treatment.
