TLDR The new topical growth hormone formula has high skin penetration and bioavailability.
The document presents a study on the topical application of Somatotropin (STH), a growth hormone, and its potential for systemic distribution. The study used pig skin and a cellulose membrane to trace the permeation of STH from the formulation. The addition of Albumin (ALB) to the hydrogel formulations was found to significantly prolong the permeation process of STH and increase its availability. The most STH permeated from the formulation containing STH in a 1:2 ratio to ALB. The study also found that all tested formulations maintained their initial pH, viscosity, and shear stress values under varying storage conditions, indicating stability. The addition of ALB to the formulations prolonged the permeation process and increased the amount of STH permeated by 14%. The hydrogel formulations were found to be stable, non-irritating, and suitable for application to both hairy and hairless skin.

community Does low HGH leading to hairloss?

      in Research/Science  12 upvotes 10 months ago
The user experiencing diffuse hair loss is using various treatments including RU58841, finasteride, minoxidil with tretinoin, anti-hair loss shampoo, and microneedling, and is considering adding peptides TB500, BPC157, and GHK-Cu. They have low growth hormone levels and are questioning its impact on hair loss, while another user suggests androgenic alopecia and androgens are likely the main cause of hair loss.

The conversation is about the lack of improvement in hair loss after using Pyrilutamide for 14 weeks, with the original poster unable to use Finasteride due to depression. Replies suggest that Pyrilutamide, like RU58841, may not work for everyone, and a more potent drug is being developed by Kintor.
