TLDR The natural shampoo with plant extracts works well like commercial ones but needs more testing.
The study developed a natural shampoo using traditional plant extracts, including sprouted fenugreek seeds and pea fruit, and evaluated its safety and efficacy. The formulations, F1 and F2, demonstrated physicochemical properties and antioxidant activity comparable to commercial shampoos, with pH levels of 5.32–5.96, viscosities of 2.3 to 2.08 poise, and surface tensions of 49.08 and 50.7 dynes/cm. They showed significant antioxidant activity with IC 50 values of 53.46 (F1) and 69.4 µ/ml (F2). Further research is needed to confirm the shampoo's performance and quality.
