    The study investigates the therapeutic potential of secretomes from hypoxic mesenchymal stem cells (SH-MSCs) in treating fluconazole-related alopecia. Fluconazole therapy can cause severe alopecia by increasing IL-1β and decreasing PDGF. The experiment involved 6 rats per group, with groups receiving either a placebo or topical gel containing 10% or 20% SH-MSCs. Results showed that SH-MSC application significantly increased PDGF and decreased IL-1β gene expression, with the highest PDGF expression and lowest IL-1β expression observed in the group treated with 20% SH-MSCs. Histopathological analysis confirmed improved hair follicle tissue, suggesting SH-MSCs could be developed as a topical treatment for this type of alopecia.
