Sertoli-Leydig Tumor in a 17-Year-Old Girl: A Case Report

    A 17-year-old girl presented with amenorrhea, voice changes, and hair loss at the Mirebalais teaching hospital, leading to the diagnosis of a rare Sertoli-Leydig tumor of the ovary. This case, the first reported in Haitian literature, highlights the importance of considering fertility preservation and addressing psychosocial impacts in the management of such tumors. A laparotomy was performed following the clinical impression of a stromal and sexual cord tumor.
