This study evaluated the effects of injectable platelet-rich fibrin (iPRF) therapy on scalp and hair conditions in 4 women experiencing excessive hair loss. Participants underwent three monthly iPRF scalp mesotherapy treatments. The therapy was well tolerated and resulted in improvements in scalp hydration, reduced redness and oiliness, and positive changes in hair density, thickness, and appearance. Additionally, participants reported experiencing less hair loss, indicating the potential usefulness of iPRF in treating scalp and hair disorders.
