    This document reports on a one-year observational study of the safety and effectiveness of topical minoxidil solution (TMS) for the treatment of hair loss. The study found that TMS was safe for use and did not increase the risk of hospitalizations or deaths compared to control subjects. The study also found that TMS was effective in promoting new hair growth and in slowing or stopping hair loss. The study concluded that TMS is a safe and effective treatment for hair loss.
