To Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Vedistry Amla + Tablets as a Supplement for Healthy Hair

The study evaluated the safety and efficacy of Vedistry Amla + Tablets, an Ayurvedic supplement rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, for improving hair health. Conducted as a phase 3, non-randomized, prospective, open-label clinical trial, it involved 300 participants aged 18-70 years with hair concerns. Over three months, participants took one tablet twice daily, resulting in significant improvements in hair texture, strength, shine, and volume, along with reduced hair fall (VAS score decreased from 6.2 ± 1.7 to 3.4 ± 1.5, p = 0.001). The treatment was well-tolerated with no major adverse effects, and participants reported enhanced confidence and self-esteem. Laboratory assessments indicated stable parameters with increased Vitamin D and antioxidant levels, confirming the supplement's efficacy and safety in supporting hair health.
