This cross-sectional study evaluated the awareness and safety of eyebrow microblading among 705 female participants in Saudi Arabia, revealing a moderate awareness level (65%) but significant gaps in hygiene practices. Complications during the procedure were linked to higher awareness (p=0.049). Of those surveyed, 17.4% had undergone microblading, with 39.5% influenced by friends, and over 60% opted for laser removal with mixed satisfaction. The study highlights the aesthetic benefits of microblading but stresses the need for public education on its risks and proper practices, alongside the implementation of strict regulations and licensing for practitioners.
