TLDR PRP therapy can effectively treat hair loss after COVID-19 vaccination.
A 34-year-old female developed severe alopecia areata following her second COVID-19 vaccination. Traditional treatments were ineffective, so she underwent six courses of double-spin platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. PRP, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, led to complete hair recovery, suggesting it as a viable alternative for patients unresponsive to corticosteroids.
