The Current Art Combination of Platelet-Rich Plasma and Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid for Improvement of Deep Nasolabial Folds: A Case Report

    The case report detailed the treatment of a 45-year-old female with deep nasolabial folds and fine wrinkles using a combination of Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). PDLLA was injected subdermally, followed by intradermal PRP injections every 2 weeks for 3 months. The results showed a reduction in wrinkle severity and improvements in skin quality, such as brighter skin tone and reduced hyperpigmentation. The study concluded that the combination of PDLLA and PRP was effective for facial rejuvenation.
