This study highlights the importance of accurately identifying and integrating the Diverting Point (DP) and Part Line (PL) in female hairline transplantation to achieve a natural and feminine appearance. By connecting these two landmarks, the method restores natural hair direction, facial framing, and mid-scalp density. The study involved female patients undergoing Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) with curved donor hairs to enhance the feminine contour. Results showed that this approach produced natural, inverted U-shaped hairlines and improved frontal framing and mid-scalp density over 6-12 months of follow-up. The technique emphasizes the importance of respecting native hair flow patterns for better surgical outcomes.
