    The review article examines the role of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in treating androgenetic alopecia (AGA). PRP promotes stem cell proliferation and differentiation in hair follicles, improving blood flow and regulating angiogenesis. It has antiapoptotic and mitogenic effects that prolong the survival of dermal papillae. The review of clinical studies indicates that PRP therapy is a promising and effective treatment for AGA, with minimal downtime, adverse effects, and safety concerns.
