The study investigated the pharmacological properties of Peperomia pellucida, a plant traditionally used in Southeast Asia for medicinal purposes. The research focused on plants growing wild in the suburbs of Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The findings revealed that the plant extract had several benefits, including promoting hair growth, enhancing male libido, improving male fertility, and ameliorating renal cell damage. Despite traditional beliefs and some existing research, the study aimed to expand the understanding of the plant's pharmacological effects beyond common diseases.
