Pharmacological Benefits of Plant Extract of Peperomia Pellucida Growing Wild in Suburb of Bandar Lampung, Indonesia

The research conducted on the plant Peperomia pellucida, which grows wild in the suburbs of Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, has revealed several pharmacological benefits. The plant extract has been found to promote hair growth, improve male libido, aid in the recovery of male fertility, and ameliorate damage to renal cells. These findings support the traditional belief in many Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, of the medicinal efficacy of this plant for treating various diseases.
