This study conducted at Mohammed VI University Hospital in Marrakech over 14 years and 8 months examined 36 children with pediatric lichen, focusing on epidemiological, clinical, dermoscopic, and therapeutic characteristics. The mean age was 10 years, with a female predominance of 75%. Lichen sclerosus was the most common subtype. Dermoscopy proved useful in identifying patterns that aid in diagnosis. Associated conditions included alopecia areata, vitiligo, and linear morphea. The study concludes that pediatric lichen is rare and heterogeneous, and clinicodermoscopic evaluation is a valuable tool for improving diagnostic accuracy and management in children.
