Lifestyle factors such as lack of exercise and diets high in fat and sugar can contribute to infertility, another issue associated with the syndrome. Treatments include chemical drugs and herbal therapies, with many people preferring herbs due to fewer side effects and easy availability. However, some chemical drugs like bicalutamide and flutamide, while effective, can negatively impact liver health.
