    The Special Issue "Molecular Insights into Hair Regeneration" in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences features six studies on innovative hair growth strategies. These include the use of plant-derived exosomes from Iris germanica L. to protect hair follicles from androgenic stress, metabolic modulation with fatty acids, antioxidant-rich microalgal oil, radiofrequency stimulation, and advanced siRNA delivery systems for gene therapy. Additionally, a review covers the pathophysiology of androgenetic alopecia and emerging treatments. These studies underscore the potential of interdisciplinary approaches in developing effective hair loss therapies, highlighting the translational value of these molecular insights for future personalized treatments.
