TLDR These methods help understand cell structures and reactions.
This review discusses the use of electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry as promising methods for obtaining valuable insights into biomolecular structures and interactions. These techniques provide complementary information about the composition of cellular envelopes, particularly in mycobacteria, and their molecular transitions and responses to biologically active substances, such as reactive oxygen species and antioxidants.
