TLDR A 91-year-old woman's hair turned black in one spot, with skin changes underneath.
A 91-year-old woman presented with a patch of black hair within her otherwise gray hair, accompanied by an irregularly pigmented brownish patch on the underlying scalp. Dermatoscopic examination revealed asymmetric pigmented follicular openings and pronounced perifollicular hyperpigmentation. Her medical history included lentigo maligna treated with radiotherapy and excision. A 3-mm punch biopsy was taken for histopathological evaluation.
