This case report described a rare instance of lichen amyloidosis (LA) affecting the scalp, specifically the crown and vertex areas. The patient experienced significant improvement after 2 months of treatment with a topical ointment containing clobetasol propionate and all-trans retinoic acid. This case highlighted the potential effectiveness of this treatment regimen for scalp LA, despite its uncommon occurrence.
