Preparation And Evaluation Of Cleansing And Nourishing Shampoo

    This study aimed to formulate and evaluate a herbal shampoo using natural ingredients like Reetha powder, Shikakai powder, Aloe vera, Amla, Rose oil, gelatin, and lemon juice. The shampoo was assessed for organoleptic and physicochemical properties, including pH, surface tension, foam stability, and viscosity. The results indicated that the herbal shampoo had a clear brown color, good foam stability, and effective cleansing properties. Overall, the formulation demonstrated improved quality, performance, and safety compared to synthetic alternatives.
