Follicular vitiligo is a rare variant of vitiligo characterized by the selective destruction of melanocytes within hair follicles, leading to leukotrichia without initial skin depigmentation. This case report details a 40-year-old Indian male with asymptomatic graying of hair and depigmented patches, diagnosed through clinical examination and dermoscopy. The report underscores the morphological diversity of vitiligo and the importance of recognizing rare variants like follicular vitiligo, which can resemble conditions such as alopecia areata.
