Risk factors for precocious puberty included frequent use of cosmetics, polluted environments, sleeping with the light on, early exposure to sexual information, and certain dietary habits. Hereditary factors like a mother's early menarche and breast development were also significant. The study highlights the importance of education and lifestyle changes to prevent and control precocious puberty in girls.
