Female Androgenetic Alopecia in Elderly Patient: Case Report with Integrative Regenerative Protocol and Senescence Modulation

In this preprint, an integrative regenerative protocol involving microneedling, plant-derived exosomes, and other therapies was used to treat androgenetic alopecia in an elderly woman, resulting in improved hair density and scalp coverage.

In this case study, the combination of microneedling and intradermal therapy was observed to effectively stimulate hair growth and improve hair density in a menopausal woman with androgenetic alopecia, resulting in enhanced self-esteem and cosmetic satisfaction.

This case report observed that a 44-year-old male patient with androgenetic alopecia experienced increased hair density and patient satisfaction after treatment with microneedling, growth factors, and minoxidil.

This study reported that a patient with androgenetic alopecia experienced significant improvements in hair density, thickness, and vitality using non-pharmacological approaches such as dietary adjustments, exercise, and supplementary treatments like low-level laser therapy and microneedling, suggesting these may be effective alternative management strategies.

In this case study, a 65-year-old male with androgenetic alopecia showed slight hair growth after treatment with a Derma Roller System and Capillary Therapy.
