This preprint details a case report of an elderly female with androgenetic alopecia treated using an integrative regenerative protocol that targets senescence modulation. The treatment included microneedling, plant-derived exosomes, biomimetic growth factors, topical amino acids and B-complex vitamins, vacuotherapy, and systemic senomorphic supplementation. These interventions aimed at improving mitochondrial function, reducing oxidative stress, and managing chronic low-grade inflammation. The results showed significant improvements in hair density, follicular miniaturization, and scalp coverage, highlighting the importance of addressing the follicular microenvironment and cellular senescence in managing androgenetic alopecia without pharmacological methods.
