This study compared the efficacy of minoxidil, dermaroller, and PRP treatments in 90 patients with androgenetic alopecia (AGA). Participants were divided into three groups: minoxidil alone, minoxidil with dermaroller, and minoxidil with PRP. Results showed that the combination of PRP and minoxidil significantly improved hair growth at 3 and 5 months compared to the other treatments. Dermaroller with minoxidil also showed improvements but was not statistically significant compared to minoxidil alone. The study concludes that PRP combined with minoxidil is a highly effective treatment for AGA, enhancing hair growth and patient satisfaction.
