The study examined the impact of oral and percutaneous melatonin and lyotritone on hair growth and structure in white rats over a month. Experimental groups treated with these substances showed faster hair growth and better hair quality than the control group, which received distilled water and exhibited slower growth and poorer hair quality. The study concluded that daily administration of melatonin and RS for 21 days significantly enhances hair structure and growth rate, reducing coat recovery time compared to the control group.
