    The study proposed a method using SPME-GC to determine the residual organic solvents dichloromethane and chloroform in finasteride. It examined various operating conditions such as extraction temperature, extraction time, desorption time, and ionic strength. The method demonstrated high linear correlation coefficients of 0.997 for dichloromethane and 0.998 for chloroform, with relative standard deviations of 2.7% and 1.8%, respectively, indicating reliable and precise measurements.
