Dermapen Technique on Scalp for Treating Female Androgenetic Alopecia: An Integrative Review

This integrative review examines the use of the dermapem technique on the scalp for treating female androgenetic alopecia. The study analyzed literature from the past 10 years in English and Portuguese, sourced from databases like PubMed and SciELO. The findings indicate that the dermapem technique is effective in controlling and stabilizing hair loss in women with androgenetic alopecia. It enhances nutrient delivery and active ingredient absorption in the treated area, revitalizing and rebalancing the hair cycle. The technique is considered safe and beneficial for treating this type of hair loss.
