    Yetti Hernaningsih, Sidarti Soehita
TLDR A pregnant woman with Cushing Syndrome got worse and sadly passed away.
A 32-year-old pregnant woman at 24-25 weeks was diagnosed with Cushing Syndrome, likely due to an adrenal tumor, after presenting with symptoms such as weakness, amenorrhea, bruising, and hair loss. Physical examination revealed characteristic features like a full moon face and buffalo hump. Laboratory tests showed glucose intolerance, hypokalemia, elevated plasma cortisol levels, and decreased plasma ACTH. Despite 22 days of hospitalization, her condition deteriorated, leading to heart failure, sepsis, and shock.
