    The study compared two methods for isolating and culturing human foreskin fibroblasts (HFFs): ITCM and EDM. It was found that HFFs isolated using EDM had a faster purification rate and stronger proliferative capacity compared to those isolated via ITCM. Additionally, therapy with platelet-poor plasma (PPP) was shown to moderately repair UVB-induced damage to HFFs. These findings provided a theoretical basis for future clinical treatment studies.
