The study aimed to enhance the treatment of telogen alopecia in women by using both "Volvit tablets" (biotin 5 mg) and "Volvit intensive care shampoo" with biotin. Patients aged 22 to 40 were diagnosed using various tests and consultations. The therapy, addressing biotin deficiency often caused by stress, poor diet, and other factors, showed good results in stopping hair loss and restoring hair follicle function. The combined internal and external biotin treatment proved effective and safe, suggesting it should be widely adopted in clinical practice.
