This study found that using a combination of "Volvit tablets" (biotin 5 mg) and "Volvit intensive care shampoo" with biotin in patients with diffuse telogen alopecia stopped hair loss and restored hair follicles to normal function, suggesting effectiveness and safety for wide clinical use.
