This study utilized UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS with PRM to analyze the chemical constituents of Justicia procumbens L. (JP), traditionally used for various ailments. A total of 132 compounds were identified, including 54 lignans, 19 flavonoids, 31 organic acids, 18 alkaloids, and 10 other constituents. Notably, 77 compounds were reported for the first time in JP, with 14 being potential novel compounds. These findings enhance the understanding of JP's pharmacodynamic substances and aid in its quality control.
