This case study discusses the successful management of infertility due to PCOS in a couple who had been unable to conceive for 4 years. The wife, diagnosed with PCOS, was treated using Ayurvedic principles, specifically mild Shodhana and Samana therapy, along with dietary recommendations. After 2.5 months of treatment, improvements were observed in menstrual regularity, reduction in abnormal hair growth, and weight loss. Ultimately, the treatment led to natural conception and the delivery of a full-term male baby, highlighting the potential effectiveness of Ayurvedic medicine in managing infertility associated with PCOS.
